The products, features, content, specifications, and prices of the products and services described or presented on the Website are subject to change at any time without notice. Descriptions and specifications are approximate. We make every effort to accurately display the features and prices of our products.
PAYMENT TERMS
- All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable sales taxes or shipping fees. Shipping fees and taxes will be added at the time of ordering.
- Payment for your purchases is made by credit card. We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Fees must be paid according to the payment procedure described during the order registration process. The customer agrees to pay the total cost and related charges for the purchased product, including taxes and delivery charges.
- MYLANA uses the secure Paypal and Stripe system for the transactional tools on its website.
DELIVERY COSTS & TIMES
An order confirmation email will be sent to you when you make a purchase.
Your order will be shipped to you within 1 to 2 working days after receipt of your payment and depending on product availability.
Purolator delivery times are 1 to 5 business days for Canada. MYLANA cannot be held responsible for any possible delivery delays, losses, or damages. We recommend that you pick up your package promptly after delivery to avoid extreme temperature changes (very hot in summer or freezing in winter).
Shipping rates are set at $9.99 for orders within Canada. Shipping is free with all purchases of $150 or more with the promo code: MAGGIE. Shipping is currently only available within Canada.
RETURN, EXCHANGE & CREDIT POLICY
For health and hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges are possible on any product. All purchases are final sale. If you have mistakenly received the wrong product, please contact us by email at info@mylana.ca . MYLANA will only accept returns in the unlikely event of skin reactions or allergies. No returns will be made for subjective reasons.
DEFECTIVE OR MISSING ITEMS
If an item in your order is defective or missing, please contact info@mylana.ca as soon as you receive your order to inform us of the problem. We cannot offer support for defective or missing items after the 14-day period.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS
